Boston, August 15, 2024 - AEW Capital Management (“AEW”), one of the world’s largest global real estate investment managers, today announced that Melanie Warren has joined the firm’s Investor Relations group, based in the Boston headquarters. She is responsible for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships across AEW’s investment services and offerings. She will work with the firm’s 26-member team on all aspects of investor relations, including capital formation, client service, communications and marketing, and assisting in product development/client solutions. Based in Boston, she reports to Jay Struzziery, AEW Managing Director and Head of North America Investor Relations.

As an experienced capital markets professional with a background in client management and providing asset and portfolio-based solutions across institutional, as well as intermediary and family office channels, she is a welcome and complementary addition to our IR team,” said Mr. Struzziery.
Ms. Warren joins the firm from J.P. Morgan Chase, where she held a variety of roles, primarily within asset management, for nearly a decade. Most recently she was a vice president and ETF Specialist for the firm’s North American Institutional business, leading relationships with core institutional and insurance markets that contributed to the growth of the ETF and broader platform. Previously, she was a relationship manager responsible for strategic broker relationships across JPMorgan’s product and business lines.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a dual degree in finance and accounting. She held leadership roles with the NY Chapter of Women in ETFs and is a member of Fordham University’s Young Alumni President’s Club.
